About our Studio

Our studio is a one-stop shop for photographers and videographers looking to capture their work in a creative and inspiring space. We’ve curated a collection of antique props that add character and charm to any shoot. We’re thrilled to introduce you to our studio, which offers over 1000 square feet of space filled with antique props and sets, including a seamless paper backdrop, bedroom, living room, kitchen, music room, and kid’s room.

Our studio features an art rail to hang props or your own art to add another level of character and personalization to your shoot. Whether you’re a photographer looking for a unique space to capture portraits or a videographer in search of a location for your next commercial shoot, our studio can accommodate your needs.

Located on ground level makes load in and load out a breeze, there are no stairs, and the back door has a loading dock. There is ample parking at no cost.

The front of the studio features natural light that floods the space through large windows. However, if you prefer to control the light, sheer, and blackout curtains adjust the amount of light. If the weather or natural light is not adequate, we do have professional lighting equipment available.

From an antique 1920s Barstow Stove to a 1909 Lester Baby Grand Piano, we have an array of props to choose from that will help bring your creative vision to life. Additionally, we have plates, platters, cutting boards, various stools, chairs, and much more.

The studio has high ceilings and a paper backdrop rack, making it perfect for photographers and videographers who need ample space to work. Additionally, we have a changing room/bathroom on site to make it easy for models to change outfits or for anyone to freshen up during the shoot.

There are a number of other helpful items for you to use at the studio, such as rolling c-stands, a large stepping ladder with a safety rail, extension cords, and clamps.

Whatever your next project is, whether it is recording a YouTube video or recording a podcast, our studio can accommodate your needs.

What kind of Photoshoots to do?  

Any kind of shoot works in our space, whether you are a boudoir photography or a family photographer the rental space is versatile and flexible. 

The space also works well for video production. We have had people record podcasts, and music videos as well as do fashion photography, product photography, and personal branding photos. 

It is also a great place for other things like cake smash photos and more!
